Turk (He/Him)
Founder of The Grouch Couch in 2019, Turk is the creative force behind the chaos as our main Dungeon Master. He brings worlds to life and guides the cast through their wildest adventures. A graphic design graduate, he’s also reviews Tabletop games, musician under the name “Turkie Terror,” and a dedicated fan of comics, dice, and roguelike games.
On Improv Quest, he plays Jackhole Jones, and Filtch.
Kate (She/Any)
The creative powerhouse behind The Grouch Couch’s art, Kate is an artist and storyteller who brings worlds to life through her art. On her Twitch channel, ChildrenofProteus, she explores her love of fish and sealife, which also inspires her comic of the same name, she created with her partner. A seasoned convention performer and costume makeup master, who joined the crew in 2023. Kate raises funds for causes like ExtraLife each year.
On Improv Quest, she plays Cookie the Kobold, and Orcatha Cristi.
Fish (He/Him)
A founding member of The Grouch Couch, Fish is a talented costume designer and longtime D&D enthusiast. Turk’s childhood best friend, he’s been with the Couch Crew since day one, bringing depth and heart to the team. A proud father of two and advocate of sobriety, Fish leads by example with his alcohol-free lifestyle.
On Improv Quest, he dives into his roles as Marrow the Undead and Fulcrum the Barbarian.

Conner (He/Him)
A vital member of The Grouch Couch since 2020, Conner brings his powerful voice acting and improv skills to every adventure. A military man married to his awesome wife, he’s a creative force with a passion for music, often singing and writing songs for the channel. As the first new addition to the Couch Crew, Conner has been a mainstay, adding heart and energy to the team in every performance.
On Improv Quest, He plays Ronald the rich boy and Riley the Hobgoblin.

Jim (He/Him)
The newest member of The Grouch Couch crew, Jim joined at the start of Improv Quest in Late 2024, though he's been part of the family since the very first Twitch stream in 2020. A frequent guest star and former stream team member with Turk, Jim brings a background in television and performance to every show. When he's not with us, you can catch him running thepyroclub TTRPG channel or gaming on his own Twitch channel.
On Improv Quest, he plays Mort the Tortle.
Ray (They/Them)
A perfect addition to The Grouch Couch crew in Late 2023, Ray brings a background in theatre and improv to every role. Ray is a author, song writer, and storyteller who is often found living their Bard lifestyle off stream, while adding a charismatic flair to TheGrouchCouch.
On Improv Quest, they play Wild Thorne the Scout Master.
